ONLY MUST HAVS ARE UNITY OR UNREAL, and even that doesan't NEED to be commercial experience.
If they are senior, they will get senuiority, the company is also scaling up so rapid career growth is possible and that comes with all the attached pay rises.

grad - $70 - $80k

max - $160k for someone with 8y exp.
