This role has a dual function. Firstly to be the lead architect in the solutions design portfolio and secondly to manager the team of highly skilled solution architects that work closely with our client’s stakeholders to design strategies and solutions that address business needs or opportunities. The role is expected to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and set design standards within the team.

The team is expected to grow rapidly, so you’ll immediately be hiring two additional architects to the team!
What you’ll need;
- You will have achieved success leading a solution design function supporting multiple concurrent projects with agile and more structured methodologies.
- Your background will be as a senior solution architect / technical designer on complex, enterprise-scale software development projects.
- A consultative approach is a must.
- They require solid people management skills, team leadership and team-based problem solving. You will create strong morale, and an environment that supports creativity and open dialogue. Negotiate resolution of issues and conflict management. Able to supervise, motivate, lead and develop staff to high professional standards.
