Verse Group are currently assisting their client in finding their next Help Desk powerhouse, ready to join a small team based in Perth.
This client lives and breathes everything IT, and know that the IT needs across different industries are going to be different. With a small team full of extensive IT knowledge, they want their next Help Desk powerhouse to be as passionate as they are.
Your day to day life could look something like this:
- Desktop and laptop configuration and setup for internal users
- Installing new technologies and applications while keeping them updated
- Network troubleshooting
- Provide remote technical support over the phone or internet
- Escalate IT issues to the relevant divisions where applicable.

- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint and some proficiency in Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge around Cisco, specifically Cisco Meraki
- Hands-on experience with HP products
- Experience in a medical, legal or finance background will be advantageous
