Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to assume the role of a Product Owner and play a pivotal part in their journey towards technological maturity.
About the role:
As the Product Owner, you will provide guidance on ServiceNow platform, products and business services, you will have ownership and oversight of the ServiceNow instances and modules used across this company. You will be expected to manage staff effectively which includes hiring, training, and evaluating their performances.
Qualifications and Experience:
- ServiceNow Certificate along with experience leading the implementation of ServiceNow to one or more enterprise applications or cloud services.
- IT or Business Management related experience with relative experience in ICT field
- Experience in the ability to successfully lead and manage a team of highly specialised technical staff
