- Good comms is highly important - they will be dealing directly with client: ALcoa.
This is a rolling contract - the project has been running for years and will continue to do so. It's not short term.
Project - Supportingg Aloa, converting winforms applications to Blazor for Alcoa, currently seniors are getting pumped with support work so looking for a junior to lighten this load.
Can interview next week and offer in 2 weeks time.
1st round interview is a cultural with David and one other dev - in person
2nd round is with client - Alcoa and is a technical interview.
The role is based in Boragoon at Alcoas office
9-5 hours - 50% WFH 50% office.
Rolwe is more of a junior dev positon
don't need PR or citizenship
$45 - $55 inclusive to the candidate
Only need 12 months experience
Will take 4 months to get the candidate up to scrach.
