8:6 (Mine) then 4:3 (Port) - runs back to back, no office work
12hr days - 6am to 6pm
Sometimes Port can be 5am to 5pm if they have meetings

Site / mining experience is a bonus but not essential
Need excellent comms
Teams interviews - site supervisors will need to be involved
Charge rate under $75/hr =
Pay rate = max $62/hr incl. super = $744/shift = roughly $140k + super
