We're on the hunt for a talented Business Analyst to join our client's team, where you'll dive into offering hands-on functional and technical support to fuel the business's day-to-day operations.
About the role:
- Utilize support software to resolve technical issues or transactional errors within existing HR and Payroll systems.
- Testing, Conduct regular updates testing to ensure system functionality.
- Issue identification, Utilize skills to identify gaps and issues within systems.
- Workaround solutions, Develop solutions to address identified gaps and issues.
Experience and Qualification:
- You'll bring solid, previous experience in a technical support role, accompanied by tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline
- A solid background in HRIS / Payroll or Rostering systems
- Wider knowledge of business process integration with HR and Payroll systems
- Experience with Chris21 Payroll, RosterOn and SAP Success Factors HR, and LMS programs are a plus
