This position requires a high level of attention to detail as you will coordinate and undertake a variety of tasks to support the day-to-day operational effectiveness of the business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting all departments of the business with administrative /accounting functions (training provided)
- managing inboxes and correspondence
- Ordering stock products and consumables
- Upkeep of our company CRM and asset register
- assist internal staff with compliance
- Assisting with onboarding, including booking pre-employment medicals and assigning/monitoring inductions
- coordinating staff and client events including booking venues, sending out invitations and managing the RSVP lists; and
- Ensuring end of day, week and month procedures are completed.
- General office duties / ad hoc responsibilities to ensure the office runs smoothly.

This is a semi reactive role that requires you to respond to many things as they happen as opposed to being able to forward plan.
