We are seeking a Support Engineer to join our Managed Services client on a Permanent basis. Attitude and experience is everything when it comes to this role and company.

Your previous MSP and customer service skills are imperative to this role as you will be responsible in providing professional support in a fast-paced environment to different clients.
As Support Engineer you will:
- Provide professional remote and onsite support to different clients
- Be proactive in your work by prioritising work under ITIL standards
- Work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining professional and friendly
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, server, network, and other technical issues.
- Be involved in delivering IT projects, such as builds, cloud migration, desktop rollouts, etc.
- Significant experience within a Managed Services Environment
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365
- Good networking knowledge (routing and switching)
- Strong communication, customer facing and teamwork skills
- A motivated and proactive work ethic
