Due to growth & internal promotion, we’re currently on the lookout for a Recruitment Resourcer / Candidate Manager to join the Wireless Communications, Operational Technology & Cybersecurity Team – Comms, OT & Cyber for short!
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that offers lots of training and a clear progression pathway.
What does this entail?
You’ll be joining an immediate team of 2x Consultants and managing all things candidate related, such as…
- Candidate attraction & headhunting
- Screening & interviewing applicants
- Reference & compliance checks
- Building strong relationships with candidates & maintaining active candidate pools
- Working with our Social Media & Content Manager to effectively market candidates and jobs to your network
- Attend client meetings with Consultants to record job briefs accurately
- Coordinate client interviews
- Provide your candidates with a high level of care, even after placing them
About you
You don’t need to have any prior recruitment experience, in fact some of the most successful Candidate Managers we have didn’t have any at all… if you have strong communication & customer service skills and high attention to detail, you’ll excel!
We’re looking for a driven, passionate individual who genuinely cares about helping others – at the end of the day, that’s what recruitment is.
Ideally, you’ll have some sort of sales experience and enjoy working in a team environment. It’s not essential, but if you have any previous experience or interest in telecommunications or mining it would be highly regarded.
