This role will see you directly working with the customer support team to prioritise production backlogs and resolve issues efficiently. You'll work alongside development teams to complete tasks to a high standard.

You'll bring support skills and experience with solving issues across different platforms.
Skills required:
- Understanding of the AWS cloud platform
- IT support skills
- A passion for automating tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Bonus skills:
- Have tinkered with programming/coding
- SQL Server skills
- Having worked within a SaaS product environment
