Verse Group are currently partnered with a national leader in Healthcare to find a passionate and experienced OD Advisor (Organisation Development) to join their team on a twelve month contract based in their Perth office.
Our client has grown to be one of the leaders in their field, this Not-For-Profit organisation ensure that their clients are always at centre stage. The OD Advisor will play an important role in the coordination, administration and development of actionable insights within the organisation.
Reporting to the Organisation Development manager, the newest member of the team will be responsible for:
- Leading the implementation of Culture Surveys and Pulse Surveys.
- Supporting the rollout of organizational development initiatives across various departments.
- Coordinate survey administration, generate reports, and develop plans based on the outcomes provided by the surveys
- Provide seamless collaboration with HR for projects as required, particularly with involvement in Change Management Experiences
- Provide leadership development to ensure teams are running smoothly
Ideally, the successful applicant will possess:
- Proficiency in various surveying tools, including Qualtrics
- Strong knowledge around MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- A proven ability to adapt and pivot within various projects as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage with diverse personalities, including senior management and various stakeholders.
- The ability to provide an investigative approach to projects.
