About the Role
A UX/UI Designer position is available within a growing organisation entering a key phase of commercialisation, following a strong period of research and development.
The requirement has arisen to improve operational efficiency and properly embed UX into the development lifecycle. Currently, UX responsibilities sit within the development team, and this role has been created to introduce dedicated design capability, improve usability, and ensure a more structured approach to user experience across the platform.
The organisation is working on complex software products within the medical sector, with upcoming US based projects forming part of their next phase of growth.
You will be responsible for designing end-to-end user experiences, conducting research, and producing both wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs. You will work closely with developers, Product, marketing, and consultants to ensure designs are translated clearly into build-ready outputs and aligned across teams.
This role will suit a UX/UI Designer who can simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces, operate effectively within Agile environments, and take ownership of user experience across the platform.
This is a permanent position within a business that is scaling, with strong opportunity to grow and expand the role over time.
You Should Have
• Around four to seven years of commercial experience in UX/UI design roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow and product design
• Experience working within Agile development teams

• Advocate for usability and accessibility across the product
Team and Reporting Structure
You will likely report to the COO and work closely with the development team.
You will collaborate with Product, developers, marketing, consultants, and broader stakeholders within a highly cross-functional environment.
The team operates in a collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on working together and maintaining alignment across functions.
