We're partnering with an organisation embarking on a significant enterprise-wide transformation, replacing its legacy HR platform with SAP SuccessFactors. This is a rare opportunity to join the project at a critical stage, bringing your technical expertise to influence outcomes, challenge vendors where required, and help deliver a modern HR solution.
This is an immediately available opportunity based in Fremantle, suited to a Senior Systems Analyst with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience and a track record delivering complex government projects.
The Opportunity
Working within a high-profile transformation program, you'll bridge the gap between technical delivery and business needs, ensuring the solution meets operational requirements while providing expert guidance throughout the implementation.
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing technical expertise across SAP SuccessFactors implementation activities.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to capture, validate and challenge requirements.
- Managing complex stakeholder relationships across business, project and vendor teams.
- Reviewing solution design and holding implementation partners accountable to best practice.
- Supporting governance, risk management, testing and system readiness activities.
- Contributing to business process improvements, documentation and change initiatives.
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Proven SAP SuccessFactors experience (essential).
- Experience delivering large-scale HR system implementations or transformations.
- Previous experience working on complex projects.
- Strong systems analysis and business requirements gathering capability.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and challenge vendors when required.
- Experience operating within structured governance and project delivery frameworks.
