What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and backup solutions.
- Automate and streamline system administration tasks.
- Provide L3 support and resolve complex technical issues.
- Oversee end-user computing, device management, and virtual desktops.
- Maintain network infrastructure and security controls.
- Drive ICT projects and support field sites as needed.
- 10+ years’ IT infrastructure or systems admin experience.
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware, Azure, and networking.
- Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Python).
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA, ITIL desirable).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
