- Contribute to governance frameworks, policies, procedures and business process improvement initiatives.
- Support agile planning activities, including sprint cycles, retrospectives and backlog management.
You’re a financially focused and highly organised professional who enjoys working with stakeholders, managing competing priorities and ensuring projects are supported by accurate financial information and effective processes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and at least four years of subsequent relevant experience, or equivalent demonstrated competency.
- Substantial experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and account reconciliations.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience preparing, analysing and reporting on budgets.
- Experience supporting financial administration, forecasting and reporting across projects or programs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases and financial management systems.
- Experience supporting IT projects and familiarity with agile ways of working will be highly regarded.
If you’re a Senior Project Officer with a strong financial administration background who enjoys supporting project delivery and improving portfolio governance, we’d love to hear from you.
