We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee a critical Payroll upgrade.
The project will require strong collaboration with Finance stakeholders and
deep expertise in delivering enterprise Finance or Payroll technology
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning and delivery of the Payroll upgrade (Ascender Pay).
- Collaborate with Finance and HR stakeholders to ensure business alignment.
- Oversee vendors and technical teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
- Mitigate risks and manage issues associated with Payroll and Finance systems upgrades.
- Provide detailed reporting to executives and governance committees.
- Extensive experience managing Payroll or Finance system upgrade projects.
- Strong understanding of Payroll operations, compliance, and integration with Finance systems.
- Ability to work effectively with Finance leadership and business users.
- Proven success in managing technology vendors and third-party suppliers.
- Strong project governance, budgeting, and reporting capability.
