We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation program valued at approximately $5 million.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale HCM implementation program
- Manage program governance, delivery plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, implementation partners, and business stakeholders
- Drive delivery across multiple workstreams, including HR, Payroll, Technology, Change, Data, and Integrations
About You
- Proven experience delivering large-scale HCM, ERP, or enterprise transformation programs
- Strong background managing complex implementations involving multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Experience working with HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, or similar
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
