You will help secure the full identity lifecycle by designing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise IAM solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. Working with Okta, Entra ID, Azure AD, and privileged access systems, you’ll ensure least-privilege principles are enforced and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Microsoft identity platforms (e.g., Entra ID, Azure AD, Authenticator).
- Design and implement IAM and PAM controls across hybrid and cloud-native environments.
- Enforce MFA, SSO, and least-privilege access models.
- Identify and automate identity lifecycle events—provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning.
- Monitor and audit privileged access, supporting compliance and governance objectives.
- Define and apply identity governance frameworks and policy controls.
- Respond to identity-related security incidents with expert-level analysis and remediation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and development teams.
Key Skills and Experiences
You’re a driven IAM engineer or specialist with strong technical fluency, security-first thinking, and the ability to build and scale secure identity solutions in modern IT/OT environments.
- Experience with Microsoft identity tools (Entra ID, Azure AD, Authenticator).
- Solid understanding of IAM, PAM, and cloud identity principles.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, GDPR) and Zero Trust models.
- Experience with tools like Saviynt, CyberArk, or similar IAM platforms.
- Proficiency in automating IAM tasks using Python, PowerShell, or similar.
- Comfortable working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Desirable
- Deep knowledge of cloud identity and access security.
- Experience with IaC (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven identity tooling and security analytics.
- Understanding of encryption, key management, and container security (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to architect and uplift IAM environments with innovation and compliance in mind.
