In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our senior consulting team and our consultants. You’ll manage multiple priorities, lead client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence across:
- Payroll assurance and remediation
- HRIS/payroll module implementation support
- Business readiness and change activities
- Post-implementation “clean-up” for projects that need a reset
What you’ll bring:
- Strong payroll operations background (industry or consulting)
- HRIS/payroll module experience. A good understanding both the tech and the people impacts
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without losing sight of quality
- Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and building trust quickly
- A solutions-focused mindset. You’ll own the outcome, not just the deliverable
