We’re partnering with a well-known WA organisation to secure an experienced Change Manager for the final phase of a large-scale Operating Theatre System rollout across multiple sites.
This is a time-critical engagement. The program is already well underway, we need someone who can step in quickly, get up to speed and drive outcomes from day one.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in ensuring adoption, readiness, and transition success across a high-volume clinical environment.
This isn’t a “build it from scratch” role, it’s about picking up the baton mid-race and finishing strong.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead change activities across the final rollout sites
- Drive stakeholder engagement in a high-impact, user-heavy environment
- Deliver communications, training support, and change readiness initiatives
- Identify and manage change risks and resistance
- Partner closely with project and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience supporting system or technology rollouts
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Quick to understand business processes and pick up new systems
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach with strong commercial awareness
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Contract Details;
- Location: Subiaco-based
- Travel: Approx. 1 week in Bunbury + 1 week in Bendigo
- Working Arrangements: Flexible hours
