About the Role
You will lead the implementation and governance of agile delivery practices across one or more IT project teams. The role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to uplift agile maturity, improve delivery predictability and support the adoption of Scrum across the organisation's IT portfolio. You will foster high performing teams, remove delivery impediments and support Project Managers and stakeholders to realise business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events and ensure the team maintains clear scope, priorities and delivery rhythm
- Coach teams and stakeholders in agile practices and uplift agile capability across the portfolio
- Remove delivery impediments, manage cross team dependencies and maintain sustainable delivery velocity
- Drive alignment between delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity of outcomes and value
Experience and Competencies
- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master within complex IT environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage priorities, dependencies and competing demands
- Skilled in agile delivery tools and metrics to support planning and reporting
