About the Role
This role supports cyber security–focused delivery within a broader Agile environment. You’ll work closely with delivery teams to uplift capability, drive iterative delivery, and embed Agile practices across security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery rhythm
• Support delivery across cyber security workstreams
• Assist with planning, prioritisation, and dependency management
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Agile maturity uplift
Experience & Competencies
• Experience as a Scrum Master within cyber, security, or technical delivery
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and coaching techniques
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong facilitation, communication, and delivery focus
