An opportunity exists for experienced Electrical Supervisors and Superintendents to join a leading Australian contractor supporting major mining and industrial projects across Western Australia. Multiple permanent positions are available, with candidates considered at Supervisor or Superintendent level depending on experience and capability.
You will be responsible for leading electrical teams across a range of projects, shutdowns and maintenance activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required technical and quality standards. The role will suit experienced electrical leaders with a strong background in mining, fixed plant, HME, processing or other industrial environments.
- Permanent, full-time FIFO opportunities
- $92–$96/hr + super day shift | $101–$104.50/hr + super night shift
- 2:1 / 12:9 rosters with 12–13.5 hour shifts
- Mix of day and night shift depending on project requirements
- Ongoing and ad hoc project opportunities across major client sites

- Lead and supervise electrical teams across mining, processing and industrial projects
- Ensure electrical works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements
- Coordinate resources, labour, equipment and materials to achieve planned project outcomes
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to electricians and junior personnel
- Oversee electrical installation, maintenance, shutdown and project activities
- Monitor work progress, quality, productivity and compliance across site activities
- Conduct pre-starts, risk assessments and ensure all electrical safety requirements are met
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors and other disciplines to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure electrical statutory requirements, documentation and certifications are completed correctly
- Support commissioning, testing, fault finding and handover activities where required
- WA Electrical Licence
- Schedule 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor qualification or minimum requirement to sit the S26 examination
- Demonstrated experience in an Electrical Supervisor, Leading Hand or Superintendent capacity
- Minimum 4+ years' electrical industry experience, with 6+ years highly regarded
- Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant, HME, processing or other industrial environments
- Mining experience highly regarded, particularly Tier 1 Iron Ore operations
- Instrumentation experience (advantageous)
- Experience working across multidisciplinary project, shutdown or maintenance environments
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work FIFO on 2:1 or 12:9 rosters and extended 12–13.5 hour shifts
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Prior inductions with major Tier 1 mining clients highly regarded
