An exciting opportunity is available for a QA Automation Tester to join a growing software development team based near Perth CBD.
You'll play a key role in a growing QA function, working across both manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of an innovative suite of medical software products. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for regression testing, maintaining end-to-end (E2E) automation, and collaborating closely with developers to deliver high-quality software across web and mobile applications.
You Should Have
- 3+ years' commercial software testing experience
- At least 2 years' experience with end-to-end (E2E) automation testing
- Experience testing both web and mobile applications
- Experience with Playwright or another JavaScript-based automation framework
- Experience debugging web applications and analysing browser network activity
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
Must Have

- CI/CD testing integration

- Write and maintain end-to-end (E2E) automated tests using Playwright
- Perform functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing
- Validate software against product requirements and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with developers to identify, document and track defects
- Participate in sprint planning, refinement and review meetings
- Support CI/CD integration of automated test suites
- Contribute to testing documentation for regulated software
- Ensure traceability between requirements, risks and test cases
- Assist with verification and validation (V&V) activities
- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, automation coverage and quality standards

Working Arrangements
- Permanent full-time position
- Office based near Perth CBD
- 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
- Flexible 8:00am or 9:00am start times
- Salary of approximately $70,000 + super, with flexibility up to $80,000 + super for the right candidate
