Key responsibilities
- Maintain project schedules, registers, risks, actions and documentation
- Prepare reports, dashboards and status updates for program leadership
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, logistics and stakeholder communication
- Support governance, compliance, onboarding and project delivery activities
What you'll bring
- Previous HCM program or HR/Payroll project experience
- Experience supporting projects, PMO or delivery teams
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and follow‑through
- Ability to manage competing priorities across a large program
- Confidence with MS Office, project tools and structured documentation
