Our client is seeking a Project Scheduler to join a growing Operational Technology project team delivering a portfolio of critical infrastructure and technology projects.
Working closely with multiple Project Managers, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimising project schedules across a diverse range of initiatives. This is a highly visible role that will provide valuable insight into project performance, forecasting and delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
- Support multiple Project Managers across concurrent projects and programs
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks and variances
- Analyse project performance and provide accurate reporting to stakeholders
- Assist with cost forecasting, cashflow analysis and project controls activities
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Produce schedule updates, dashboards and project reports
- Support governance, planning and project delivery processes
About You
- Experience as a Project Scheduler, Project Planner or Project Controls professional
- Strong Primavera P6 experience
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of project controls, cost forecasting and cashflow management
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable
- Experience within Operational Technology (OT), utilities, infrastructure, mining, engineering or asset-intensive environments
- Exposure to project reporting, forecasting and portfolio scheduling
