We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing Enterprise Program Delivery team, supporting the delivery of enterprise ICT initiatives across a complex organisation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects end-to-end, working across business and technology teams, and operating within structured governance environments to deliver meaningful outcomes.
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and delivery artefacts.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver enterprise ICT projects from initiation through to completion.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate project activities across technology and business teams.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and business representatives to align delivery outcomes.
- Manage vendors and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
- Provide regular project status reporting to governance forums.
- Ensure projects align with enterprise delivery frameworks, standards and organisational priorities.
- Support the successful delivery of project outcomes within agreed timelines and objectives.
- Contribute to delivery continuity and program stability.
About You:
- Experience as a Project Manager delivering projects within complex ICT environments.
- Strong end-to-end project delivery experience across scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
- Experience working within structured governance and reporting environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing vendors and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and governance.
- Experience working within large or complex organisations is desirable.
