This Procurement Systems Specialist role sits within the procurement systems function, with functional ownership of the Ivalua Source-to-Contract (S2C) platform and its integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems. You will be responsible for ensuring procurement business processes are correctly designed, configured, governed, and continuously improved across supplier onboarding, sourcing, and contract lifecycle management.
This is a senior, hands-on systems ownership role suited to someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business process, enterprise systems, and stakeholder engagement within a complex, asset-intensive environment.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Act as the Business Process Expert and functional owner for the Ivalua S2C platform, including supplier onboarding, strategic sourcing, and contract lifecycle management.
- Own the end-to-end functional design of procurement processes, ensuring alignment with procurement, legal, finance, HSE, and governance standards.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional design documentation and work closely with technical teams to deliver effective system solutions.
- Manage and oversee integrations between Ivalua, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and auditability.
- Lead system support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives, including backlog and sprint management in Jira.
Experience and Competencies:
- Extensive experience with Source-to-Contract platforms (Ivalua preferred).
- Extensive experience supporting ERP procurement systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Practical experience with supplier onboarding and master data processes, strategic sourcing (RFx lifecycle), and contract lifecycle management.
- Experience managing system integrations, data governance, and enterprise-scale platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
