About the Role:
A national award-winning building products company is undertaking a significant transformation across the company incorporating improvements across systems and processes. The outcome of this will result in building a new Centre of Excellence in Queensland to drive best practice across national operations. We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems and Process Specialist to help standardise and enhance manufacturing processes as they prepare for this exciting shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map and analyse existing manufacturing processes, systems, and controls.
- Ensure high-quality design standards and consistency across manufacturing operations.
- Support the build of dashboards and operational insights for manufacturing performance.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and business controls.
- Strong process improvement and standardisation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across Procurement, Project Execution, and Manufacturing functions.
- Passion for building future-ready manufacturing processes that support business growth.
- Influence how manufacturing systems are built and operate for years to come.
