This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career or looking to build on their current experience in a dynamic, hands-on role. You’ll receive on-the-job training and support to grow and develop your skills within a forward-thinking and innovative organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

You’ll play an important role in helping the office run smoothly, working closely with different departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and may include:

  • Supporting admin and basic accounting functions (training provided)

  • Managing inboxes and handling internal communications

  • Ordering office supplies and stock

  • Updating and maintaining our CRM and asset registers

  • Assisting staff with compliance requirements

  • Helping with onboarding tasks like booking pre-employment medicals and monitoring inductions

  • Organising internal events – booking venues, managing guest lists, and sending invites

  • Supporting end-of-day, week, and month checklists

  • General office duties and helping out wherever needed

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key skills and traits:

  • Good multitasking and time management skills

  • A proactive and can-do attitude

  • Comfortable responding to changing priorities throughout the day

  • High attention to detail and strong organisation

Preferred Skills (but not essential):

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Exposure to Xero or MYOB is a bonus

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
