We’re seeking an experienced Snr Business Analyst to join a collaborative digital services environment focused on enabling better outcomes across business functions. This is a highly stakeholder-facing role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving business problems, and can confidently navigate multiple priorities and competing demands.
The Opportunity
Working within a business engagement function, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand current and future technology needs, gather and refine requirements, and support the successful delivery of digital initiatives. You’ll act as a trusted advisor between business and technology teams, helping shape solutions that align with strategic objectives.
This role offers a broad mix of business analysis, engagement, project support, and demand triage responsibilities, with exposure to both project and operational initiatives. You’ll work closely with architecture, delivery, and technical teams to assess feasibility, define scope, and support solution outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Gather, analyse, and refine business and functional requirements
Support digital initiatives through business analysis, process improvement, and project support activities - Triage and manage incoming requests, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Collaborate with architecture and technical teams to assess solution feasibility and scope
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and presentations with clarity and confidence
- Work across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within IT or digital environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels
- Confident presenting ideas, facilitating discussions, and articulating requirements concisely
- Experience supporting technology or digital transformation initiatives
Ability to manage competing priorities and frequent context-switching in a dynamic environment - Exposure to both Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies
