This role will suit someone who enjoys working across complex systems landscapes, engaging with both operational and technical stakeholders, and helping shape practical business outcomes across enterprise-wide programs. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of business-critical initiatives spanning HR, payroll, finance, operational systems, and process improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units, operational teams, and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate business requirements
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand operational challenges and future-state objectives
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and solution documentation
- Support process improvement initiatives through current and future-state analysis
- Develop process maps, impact assessments, business cases, and supporting delivery documentation
- Work closely with project managers, vendors, and technical teams to support enterprise systems delivery
- Contribute to testing strategies, UAT coordination, defect management, and implementation readiness
- Assist with organisational change activities, training support, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts across multiple streams of work
- Support integration and data-related activities across ERP, HRIS, payroll, and operational systems
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise technology and transformation initiatives
- Strong background working across ERP, HRIS, payroll, finance, or operational systems environments
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating operational requirements into practical outcomes
- Strong analytical thinking and process improvement capability
- Comfortable working across both Agile and traditional project delivery environments
- Exposure to systems integration, reporting, and data-driven initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across operational and executive teams
- Able to manage competing priorities within fast-paced project environments
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, DevOps, Visio, Power BI, or similar platforms will be highly regarded
