We are seeking an experienced HCM Solutions Architect to join a major enterprise-wide Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation program valued at approximately $5 million. This large-scale initiative will modernise HR systems, processes, and workforce capabilities across a complex organisation environment over an 18-month delivery roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for the HCM program
- Define future-state HCM architecture, integration strategy, and technical roadmap
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Technology, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions
- Provide architectural guidance across implementation, configuration, integrations, data migration, and security
About You
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect within large-scale HCM or HRIS transformation programs
- Strong understanding of enterprise HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, or similar
- Experience working across integrations, data migration, security, reporting, and enterprise applications
