What You’ll Do
- Deliver Level 2/3 technical expertise across all OT service areas under the IT/OT operations team.
- Ensure service performance and reliability meets or exceeds established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Develop, document, and maintain technology standards, procedures, and best practices for OT systems.
- Plan and execute maintenance strategies, schedules, and lifecycle improvements.
- Record all work in enterprise service management tools for traceability and reporting.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, storage, and communications teams on cross-functional projects.
- Support site-specific activities, including cyclone readiness, emergency procedures, and site shutdowns.
- Participate in industry workshops and technical seminars to stay ahead of trends and innovations.
About You
You’re a systems professional with a strong technical background and a collaborative mindset. You bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in IT/OT environments or data centre operations.
- Deep knowledge of Servers, Storage, Virtualisation, Monitoring, Backup & Recovery (e.g. Citrix, Hyper-V, VMware, Pure, NetApp).
- Proven experience maintaining mission-critical infrastructure in large-scale or mining/resource settings.
- Hands-on experience in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python).
- An understanding of networking fundamentals (advantageous).
- Commitment to safety practices and operational excellence.
