About the Role
A Digital Systems Advisor position is available within a collaborative Digital Solutions team supporting a range of enterprise applications, reporting platforms and digital services.

This role offers broad exposure across business systems, Power BI, SharePoint, reporting, integrations and digital transformation initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both stakeholder engagement and hands-on technical work.

Approximately 20% of the role involves advising stakeholders and gathering business requirements, with the remaining 80% focused on systems support, reporting, integrations and continuous improvement activities.

This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
You Should Have
  • 2–5 years of relevant commercial experience
  • Experience supporting business systems, applications or digital solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving capability
  • Collaborative working style
Technical Requirements
Must Have
  • Strong capability in TechnologyOne, Power BI or SharePoint
  • Approximately 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in at least one of these platforms
  • Experience supporting business systems and applications
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have
  • TechnologyOne administration experience
  • Power BI integrations experience
  • SQL knowledge
  • ETL XL One experience
  • Local Government experience
  • Leadership or mentoring experience

Working Arrangements
  • Office located near the Perth CBD
  • Ideally 4 days per week in the office
  • 3 days may be considered for the right candidate

  • Up to $106,375 base salary + 12% super
