About the Role
A Digital Advisor position is available within a collaborative environment supporting the ongoing operation and enhancement of core business systems.
The team is expanding its capability within digital services, with two positions available to ensure continued support, stability, and improvement across critical applications.
You will operate as a Digital Advisor, with approximately 20 percent of the role focused on partnering with the business to provide guidance and support on digital services, primarily centred around TechnologyOne, the organisation’s ERP platform.
The remaining 80 percent of the role is operational and hands on. This includes the day-to-day management of TechnologyOne and other applications, integrations, maintenance, and ongoing support. The majority of your work will sit within TechnologyOne, with some involvement in Power BI integrations.
There is a small amount of coding involved, including ETL work and module management, requiring a basic understanding of SQL. You will also play a key role in capturing processes, maintaining documentation, and contributing to broader initiatives as required.
This is expected to be a permanent opportunity, with the potential to commence initially as a six month engagement before converting for the right person.
The role is primarily office based, with flexible working arrangements of ideally four days per week in the office, with three days also considered.
You Should Have
• At least one year of commercial experience
• Practical experience working with TechnologyOne
• Basic SQL knowledge, including the ability to read SQL scripts
• Experience extracting data using ETL XL One
• Strong collaboration skills and a transparent working style
• Ability to communicate clearly and keep stakeholders informed
Technical Requirements
Must have
• TechnologyOne experience with a minimum of one year
• Practical ETL XL One experience extracting data
• Basic working knowledge of SQL
• Strong communication and collaboration capability
Nice to have
• Experience working with other business applications
• Exposure to Power BI integrations
• Strong reporting and data extraction capability
Team and Reporting Structure
You will report directly to the Business Solutions and Services Coordinator and work within a small team that includes Digital Facility and Information Officers.
The broader infrastructure and business systems applications team consists of approximately six people.

Salary
Up to $117,000 plus superannuation.
Interview Process
First stage interview with coordinators and a team panel.
Final stage will be an in person interview.
