We’re seeking for an experienced Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to join a major technology transformation, leading the successful delivery of a significant upgrade to a business-critical IT system.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Agile leader who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to remove obstacles and turn strategy into tangible outcomes.
About You
We’re looking for someone with;
- Proven experience leading Agile delivery with complex technology and digital transformation environments.
- High level proficiency of Agile frameworks, delivery governance, backlog management and delivery practices.
- Experience leading and coordinating technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead and facilitate Agile delivery practices to maintain momentum and focus on business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure priorities and risks are actively managed
- Governance & Reporting: Drive transparency through effective planning and delivery governance
- Quality & Readiness: Ensure work is delivered to a high standard, balancing speed, quality and operational readiness
