We’re seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to play a key role in shaping and optimising enterprise systems across D365 Finance & Operations and the Power Platform. This is a hands-on role focused on translating business needs into scalable, efficient solutions while driving continuous improvement and user adoption.
The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and enhance D365 capabilities, ensuring solutions align to operational priorities and future roadmap initiatives. This role blends functional design, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing optimisation in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations
- Configure and optimise D365 modules and Power Platform solutions
- Support solution design, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives
- Drive user adoption through UAT, training, and change activities
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking roadmap of enhancements
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems
About You
- 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant across D365 Finance & Operations
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end functional design and configuration
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology
- Understanding of data governance, security models, and compliance
