The Position
This is a contract Communications Senior Advisor role supporting a major transformation program. Working within Corporate Communications, you will develop and deliver communication strategies and materials that help staff understand the change, its impacts, and how the organisation will transition over time. The role suits someone who enjoys simplifying complex information, coordinating communication activities, and supporting large‑scale organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver communication strategies and plans to support operating model transformation.
- Create communication materials including announcements, updates, FAQs, talking points and intranet content.
- Translate complex program and design information into clear, simple messaging for different audiences.
- Coordinate communication timing, channels and leadership messaging across all phases of the change.
Experience & Competencies
- Experience in communications, internal communications or change communications within large organisations.
- Background supporting transformation, organisational change or enterprise programs.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across Change, HR and Corporate Communications.
