What you'll be doing:
You'll be joining a well-established and fast-growing team of 3x Consultants and managing all things candidate related, such as...
- Candidate attraction & headhunting
- Screening & interviewing applicants
- Reference & compliance checks
- Building strong relationships with candidates & maintaining active candidate pools
- Working with our Social Media & Content Manager to effectively market candidates and jobs to your network
- Attend client meetings with Consultants to record job briefs accurately
- Coordinate client interviews
- Provide your candidates with a high level of care, even after placing them
You don't need to have any prior recruitment experience, in fact some of the most successful Candidate Managers we've had over the years didn't have any at all. We're looking for a driven, passionate individual who genuinely cares about helping others because at the end of the day, that's what recruitment is.
It would be highly beneficial if you had any of the following, but not the end of the world if you don't -
- Degree in Marketing or Commerce
- Sales experience in retail or hospitality
- Previous experience in or exposure to telecommunications, electronics / robotics or mining, or a special interest in learning about these industries
