This position is responsible for providing advanced support, guidance across core business systems, ensuring they operate efficiently, remain well-structured, and continue to evolve in line with organisational needs. The role combines system administration, project coordination, user enablement, reporting support, and continuous improvement.
You'll work across:
- Pronto - admin, upgrades, enhancements & training.
- BI & Reporting - QlikView, Cognos BI, model updates & user support.
- Process Improvement - working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Projects - system implementations, integrations and change initiatives.
- User Support - providing guidance, troubleshooting and training across the group.
About You
- Minimum of five years' hands-on experience administering and supporting ERP platforms, ideally with deep functional and technical understanding.
- Practical experience applying structured project management methodologies in system or technology environments.
- Practitioner-level certification in a recognised project management framework (e.g., PRINCE2, AgilePM) is advantageous.
