We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting the delivery, improvement and maintenance of products, applications and services.

About the Role:
- Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to elicit and validate requirements and user stories.
- Translate requirements into functional documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse existing systems and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support process redesign and the integration of systems, processes and data.
- Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to support solution delivery.
- Develop testing strategies and support functional and user acceptance testing.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams.
- Apply Agile and traditional business analysis approaches as required.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with process improvement and systems analysis.
- Experience developing test plans and supporting UAT.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working in Agile and/or traditional project environments.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within a large or complex organisation is desirable.
- Higher education and ITIL experience are advantageous but not essential.
