We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong focus on rostering, scheduling, and workforce management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with operational, HR, Payroll, and technology stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyse and map workforce scheduling, rostering, and shift planning processes
- Support improvements across workforce allocation and scheduling workflows
- Work closely with system and delivery teams to ensure business requirements align with system functionality
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder discussions
About You
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within workforce management, HRIS, Payroll, or operational scheduling environments
- Strong understanding of rostering, workforce scheduling, and shift allocation processes
- Experience working within complex operational or frontline workforce environments
- Exposure to workforce management platforms such as Dayforce or similar solutions
- Understanding of payroll, award interpretation, EBA impacts, and workforce compliance considerations
