We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of a major HR systems implementation project. This role will focus on requirements gathering, system analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the solution meets business needs and is delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for HR technology solutions (Workday experience highly desirable).
- Analyse and interpret HR data to support system configuration and decision-making.
- Conduct system testing, defect management, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR technology implementations and systems development.
- Strong business analysis skills, with proven experience in data review and system testing.
- Experience with procurement processes and vendor management.
