We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the improvement, governance and ongoing development of enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms within a large organisation.
This is a Perth-based opportunity working closely with technology teams, platform specialists and business stakeholders to improve service delivery, identify opportunities for automation and ensure technology platforms remain secure, reliable and aligned with business needs.
You’ll work across platform roadmaps, operational improvements, stakeholder requirements and technical initiatives, helping translate business needs into practical solutions while supporting continuous improvement across a diverse technology environment.
About the Role:
- Engage with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand requirements, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Support platform roadmaps, technical standards, governance and lifecycle management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, self-service and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate priorities across operational support, engineering improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with backlog prioritisation, planning and continuous improvement activities.
- Work with technical teams on platform changes, integrations and service improvements.
- Identify risks, technical debt, capability gaps and opportunities to improve operational maturity.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Cyber Security, Identity Management and other technology stakeholders.
- Support effective service management across enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms.
- You’re an analytical and collaborative professional who enjoys working between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and process improvement.
- Experience working within enterprise technology environments, with exposure to Microsoft 365 and/or Atlassian highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical outcomes.
- Experience supporting technology initiatives, backlog management and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of IT service management, SaaS platforms and technology governance will be beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
