We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing, collaborative team working on a major digital transformation initiative within the higher education sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst with a strong digital mindset who enjoys working at the intersection of people, processes and technology to design and deliver practical digital solutions.
Working within a large student digital experience program, you’ll play a key role in the development of a dynamic digital curriculum form, helping transform complex curriculum processes and legacy free-text data capture into a structured, user-friendly digital experience.
About the Role:
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for the development of dynamic digital forms and platforms.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand complex business processes, workflows and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather, validate and prioritise requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with technical teams, developers and other Business Analysts to support solution design and delivery.
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve digital experiences, workflows and data capture.
- Work across digital platforms, portals and integrations to understand the broader technology ecosystem.
- Operate within an Agile delivery environment and support activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.
You’re a modern, digitally minded Business Analyst who can work comfortably across both business and technology.
- Experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation or technology delivery.
- Experience with digital forms, portals, websites or digital platforms.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work across functional and technical environments.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Higher education experience is advantageous but not essential.
