The Position
A new digital transformation workstream is being established to modernise core operational processes. These roles will support the digitisation of mailroom operations, the implementation of e‑invoicing capability, and early‑stage assessment of potential AI applications. The work is in early discovery and feasibility stages and will run alongside several other organisational initiatives, requiring coordination across multiple programs to ensure alignment with operational, regulatory and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, document and validate business processes across mailroom, invoicing and related operational workflows
- Support discovery, feasibility and requirements definition for digitisation, e‑invoicing and AI‑related initiatives
- Work with internal stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment across concurrent organisational programs
- Contribute to change impact assessments, process mapping, solution evaluation and implementation planning
Experience & Competencies
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital, process improvement or transformation environments
- Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation
- Experience working across multiple workstreams with competing priorities
- Ability to support early‑stage initiatives involving feasibility, discovery and solution assessment
