Business Analyst
About the role
You’ll work across requirements, process mapping, data, testing and change to support the implementation of a new HCM platform. These roles suit BAs experienced in HR, payroll or enterprise systems transformation.
Key responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation across HR, payroll and workforce processes
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional alignment
• Support testing, defect triage, data validation and readiness activities
• Produce clear artefacts: user stories, process flows, functional specs and acceptance criteria
What you’ll bring
• Experience across HCM, HRIS or payroll systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, Dynamics 365 HR, Oracle HCM or similar)
• Strong analysis, documentation and stakeholder engagement capability
• Ability to work across concurrent workstreams in a fast‑moving program
• Confidence working with delivery teams, data teams and technical SMEs
