The Position:
This Agile Delivery Lead role sits within the Curriculum Transformation Program, reporting directly to the Program Director. You will play a pivotal role in enabling delivery across business and technical teams, ensuring progress through pragmatic Agile and hybrid delivery practices that support strategic transformation.
This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, multi‑stream environments undergoing significant change.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Apply practical Agile and hybrid techniques (stand‑ups, short‑cycle planning, feedback loops) to support consistent progress.
- Lead the planning, sequencing, and execution of delivery activities across multiple teams.
- Surface, manage, and escalate impediments, risks, and dependencies early and clearly.
- Maintain accurate RAID logs and support structured reporting and dashboard visibility.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business SMEs, vendors, and system owners.
Experience and Competencies:
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead or a similar delivery‑focused role.
- Strong capability in applying Agile practices pragmatically in hybrid environments.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross‑functional technical and business teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities.
